Sounds like Dead by Sunrise. Felt 'burn it down' could have used more layering/guitars and Mike rapping a bit more. Pretty mellow song could use more energy and harder rock.

I pre-ordered the album but didn't get an e-mail with confirmation of the order. I did however get an e-mail from paypal stating that I have payed. But I got Burn it Down from iTunes now. Couldn't wait to covert it to MP3 and place it on my Galaxy SII :D
