The location is The Manning Bar, at the University of Sydney. Dead Letter circus played there not too long ago, Australian tour perhaps Mike?

ha! I translated it and it said " 'A thousand Horizon' month of last year is here with Juan in the world" which makes no sense to me! C'mon google translate, I'm Taipei'ng my hardest and you want to scew with me!

The site/clue basically leads you to the location of where A Thousand Horizon was held which was at NicoFarre in Tokyo, Japan.
