National Weather Service declares Linkin Park first “StormReady” concert

In their words: “This means that Linkin Park has taken exceptional precautions in ensuring the safety of their concert goers at each venue.  It’s about knowing what to do before a storm hits, not waiting for the storm to hit and scrambling to figure out a plan.  We hope that many other bands will move to become StormReady, and we will remember that Linkin Park was first.”

I just saw you guys in Noblesville, IN, my first Linkin Park concert. It was the best concert I have ever seen and I hope to see you many more times. As a resident of Indiana, where the deadly stage collapse took place, I cannot tell you how much this means to me as a fan. That is why I love you guys so much, you truly care about your fans, everyone on your crew, and all of the venue employees. You guys are the greatest band of all time. Kudos to the band and all of the crew that played a part in this amazing accomplishment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is an amazing acknowledgement  that the band has received. To be recognized for caring about fan welfare is beautiful. To be the FIRST Band to receive this honor is awesome in itself.  Mike, you and the guys are an inspiration in so many ways that it is astonishing. Thank you for being the band that so many can look up to!! Congratulations!!
