I think that the album tells the story of the atomic bomb / end of the world or even a meeting with an aliens..

Look at this (just based on titles, so this is pure fantasy) - the first four songs tell of the explosion, disaster..

Another four - a meeting with some people (the government, the secret service?), who come to the survivors, lead 'Jornada Del Muerto' and want to get rid of them..

However, following 'Blackout' after that everyone is equal right - 'Wretches And Kings'..

We do not know what this event is caused by (aliens?), but people are afraid, comes the time 'Wisdom, Justice, and Love' ..

Survivors (good) are in a safe place, while on Earth begins cleansing, followed by 'Fallout' and purification ('The Catalyst')..

I do not have the theory to the last song - maybe a group of survivors are required to carry the new values: D..?
