Do i have to pre-order the Living Things album to do the Share to Earn program?

i wanted to do the Share to Earn program, but i dont know if i can do it without Pre-Ordering the album Living Things. I tried to Pre-Order it but the website wouldnt let me and i live in Las Vegas and also i want the CD not digital download so my questio is Do i have to pre-order the Living Things album to do the Share to Earn program?

And one more question, do they keep track of how many Likes or Comments you get or how many people pre-order the album? please please please please please please pleaseeeee help, thank you.
