I am feeling lost.

I sleep all the time , and when I am up I feel like crap. I keep asking God for help, but I don't think he can hear me right now. I have been racking my mind of how I can become a better person for my family. I think if I had a good friend I can talk with that maybe I can start to feel better. any way if anyone wasnt to give it a try to help someone out I would love it.

i had that same exact feeling a few times before. what i do, is i listen to some good up-beat music. don't worry, that feeling will be gone soon. just think about the good things in life.
