long lost joys and hopes

Have you ever felt like you have lost all your joy and hope? And if you have how long has it felt like they've been gone?Has it felt like they've been gone for so long that you may never get them back? I know I have felt like it. Sometimes when I'm going threw it I wonder if I will stay like that forever because of all the things I have gone threw. And When I'm not, I do what I can to hold on to my joys and hopes for as long as I can in hope I don't lose it. And for those who are going threw it now, try and find that one thing, that one moment, that one person that will help you hold on to that joy and hope you need. And if you can't find those things/people to help you hold on to your joy and hope tell me I'll do what can to make it happen for you. I might even become that one person to help you hold on to your joy and hope if you need me too.
