LPUX LAUNCHES TODAY

We’re excited to announce that starting today, you will be able to active your LPUX membership pre-order or transfer your LPU9 membership. Please be on the lookout for an email from Linkin Park with the subject “Redeem Your LPUX Membership NOW” which includes a unique code you will use to activate membership to LPUX. It is your responsibility to redeem this code IMMEDIATELY to continue your current subscription.

This is the first part of the LPUX roll out where you will ONLY be activating your membership or transferring your LPU9 membership over. LPUX community features, downloads, merch and more will be rolling out in the coming weeks.

The main focus of LPUX is all about giving you more (and better) Linkin Park experiences than ever before. As part of LPUX, we have already given you the opportunity to attend special events like the laser light show featuring a Q&A with Linkin Park, access to LP’s VMA’s performance, the New York City release show, the EMA’s, 2010 LP tour presales, and the upcoming LPU Summit. We’ve also opened up the LPU meet & greets at shows to include even more fans and all 6 members of Linkin Park.

Comment by Crystal on December 10, 2010 at 6:04pm: i did not get that code, and im really piste off at that cause my pre-seal tickets go on seal in like 3 days, and i better get those tickets or there will be a problem, i did not spend $120 for no reason, and that fact there is a chat room i cant find to where we can see LP when they do there Q&A for the LPU, and the fact that mike talks about this chat that we cant see worries me.lol i can see the main chat but not the one he talks about, why is this?

Comment by Vince Patricelli on November 14, 2010 at 8:03pm: I inquired about not receiving the unique code and apparently this is not needed for new members who just joined. Here are the directions I received in order to confirm you have access to LPUX...

You can test your access to LPU by doing the following:

1) Visit http://ww3.linkinpark.com/testaccess/

2) Find your membership type and click on the "Test Now" button. If you're asked to login, just select the account you used when you redeemed your code

3) If the item "Test Access" has been added to your cart you can checkout - don't worry you won't be charged during this process

4) You're done!

As an LPU member you will have access to Linkin Park concert tickets before anyone else in the world, plus we reserve the best tickets in the house for you. The upcoming 2011 US tour will be announced soon at linkinpark.com along with LPU pre-sale information. It isn't available yet, but additional LPUX site experiences will be rolling out soon, and the exclusive LPUX CD and merchandise will come shortly.
