I am a current member of LP Underground X having started with LPU9. So in this blog post I would like to review my very first experience with LP Underground.
When I joined LPU, I was a Linkin Park fan for about one year and I didn't know how many opportunities Linkin Park offer to their fans through their wonderful fanclub, for instance to communicate and to interact with Linkin Park members or fellow LP fans, respectively. I was overwhelmed.
Comparing LPUX with LPU9, I find that LPU9 had more community features, such as member profiles, LPU blogs and a LPU forum.
So I interacted with other LPU mates more often. We talked about Linkin Park's music, band members and shows, but also about lots of different topics.
I liked the LPU page very much. It included many exclusive information, a lot of funny features (like the LPU radio) and was designed in an awesome way.
One of the most important parts of LPU is the music. The "LPU9 Demos" CD is one of the best LPU CDs,
containing great music (- "A-Six" & "Drawing" are just kick-ass songs-) and giving insight into LP's development over the years.
Last year's highlight was the LPU Meet & Greet event I was randomly chosen to attend. So LPU9 got me closer to the musicians that I adore.
Lots of greetings,
