Plan B is a bit of a weird choice to suppose LP, don't you think? Though I wouldn't mind making people jealous by seeing him.

If you go on this site and scroll down, it says 'Plan B was removed from the Line Up'

this could either mean was originally supporting and now isnt, or he still is, but theyre just trying to hide it..

I doubt Jay-Z will be there tbh, he's too big to be a supporting act really. Rumour has it Julien-K are supporting, but I can't get confirmation on that. Even the LPU has been told nothing.
