Joe Hahn created another amazing music video for an amazing song. This song has a lot of meaning to it. ATS is talking about a lot of whats happening in the world as was MTS (doomsday). Lyrics like "we held our breath when the clouds began to form but you were lost in the beating of a storm" could mean a natural disaster was coming at an instant and unexpected and a life (a loved one) was taken by surprise. "blood of innocence burning in the skies" could mean that so many innocent lives have been taken due to wars and natural disasters.

Thats my opinion, but thanks to videos like these we can all come to our own conclusions of what this video means.

Guys, maybe I'm wrong, but I think those scenes speak about bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Every Move speaks for itself. Even the lyrics have common themes.

I think that what Linkin Park did was using the theme of the bombing in Hiroshima and Nagasaki to mean how people feel when they lose something they want.
I tried to explain the lyrics and WYS wanted someone to explain the meaning of the video, but I think that Linkin Park just tried to put in the video what they mean in the lyrics, for example: they girl in the restroom, cries and touches her belly, maybe she lost a baby or something or maybe she is pregnant but she never wanted to be so. The man at the table, she is staring at a picture, maybe the woman there is someone he lost. But he feels sorrow even though he thinks he didn’t deserve her.
I hope you like my explanation or whatever it is. And forgive me if there is any mistake cus I actually speak Spanish and my English is bad ><

I read in the web and I found out that it’s not necessary that this song is about war just because the lyrics is about burning skies or clouds forming and swimming in smoke.

Someone is feeling sorrow due to something done (the burned bridge) or undone to someone else. But this person doesn’t apologize cus he thinks that he does not deserve the other one. For instance it could be a broken relationship that this person broke up cus he thought that he didn’t deserve the other one.

When they say:  "We held our breathe when the clouds began to form” I think that what they mean is that both of the people (in the friendship cus it’s not necessary a song about a couple as relationship) knew –held their breathe- that the break up was coming- when the clouds began to form.

Anyway both of the characters in the story knew that “in the end” they “were meant to be apart. In separate chambers of the human heart" they were meant to end up separated from each other.
